Hey there, I’m Vanessa, and I’m genuinely excited to have you here. I totally get that deciding on someone to help you grow your business or yourself is a big deal and that’s not lost on me. Let me share a little about how I work. First things first, I’m not a coach, and we don’t offer ongoing programs, weekly calls, or lock-in contracts. Most people refer to me as an Educator, a Mentor, Strategic Advisor or a Mindset Shifter. Whilst all this may be true, essentially it’s just words on a page and I believe that actions speak louder than words…..
So here is my promise to you, I will absolutely challenge you to think differently, to broaden your perspective so you can solve problems uniquely, help you build solutions that work for YOU and I will never give you cookie-cutter strategies or solutions. I will always show-up and be present, I will listen to understand not simply to respond, I will empower you with knowledge, helping you build confidence in a supportive (and aligned) way, and I will never pretend to have all the answers because the best solutions will always come from our collective intelligence.
My long-term private clients often think of me as a silent business partner, a trusted guide that helps light the path, a cheerleader that rides shotgun with them and a supportive confidante that helps carry the load when the road is rough. The reality is, I am all these things at one time or another. I have helped my clients navigate uplifting experiences like expansion, growth, leadership confidence and successful business exits (sales), but I have also assisted them in navigating challenging times such as burnout, divorce, cancer, health issues, family crisis, loss and grief.

I have done various training with LOFT Inc and found it to be extremely helpful and insightful.
